Only Class A licensed removalists are legally permitted to remove friable asbestos.

Class B Asbestos Removal (Non-Friable)

Class B asbestos removal covers the removal of non-friable (bonded) asbestos, which is asbestos material that is mixed with a bonding compound like cement or resin. These materials are more stable and less likely to release dangerous fibers into the air unless disturbed, cut, or damaged.
